What customization options are available for custom-built DEA cages?

Wall Panel Mesh Type: 

All of our DEA cages are constructed from heavy duty, industrial strength steel wire mesh panels. Steel is the most popular choice for DEA cages and the majority of wire partitions as it offers superior durability and strength for heavy-duty applications. Steel can withstand significant weight and impact, making it ideal for securing valuable inventory or bulky materials in warehouses, factories, or construction sites.

For custom-built DEA cages, you have the option to choose from the following types of steel mesh panels, which serve as the walls of the DEA cage:

• Welded wire (10ga – 2” x 2” square) *most popular*
• Welded wire (6ga – 2” x 2” square)
• Welded wire (6ga – 1.5” x 2” rectangle)
• Woven wire (10ga – 1.5” x 1.5” diamond)
• Woven wire (10ga – 0.5” x 0.5” square)
• Woven wire (10ga – 1” x 1” square)
• Expanded metal (flat or raised)
• Sheet metal (16ga infill panel)

Standard Layout Options:

• One Wall: This is a basic setup with wire partition panels connected to posts along a single wall. It’s useful for creating a designated area alongside an existing wall.

• Two Walls: This creates a corner enclosure with wire mesh on two adjacent walls. This is commonly used to section off a workspace or storage area.

• Three Walls: This design creates a room-like structure with wire mesh on three sides. One side would either remain open as an access point or it would be up against an existing wall. This is useful for creating secure cages or restricted areas. *most popular*

• Four Walls: This forms a completely enclosed space with wire mesh on all four sides. Doors would be incorporated into one wall for access.
